Abstract
Design of miniaturized low-pass filter embedded in low-temperature co-fired ceramic substrate is presented in this paper. A low-pass filter with 2.25 GHz cut-off frequency and 0.25 dB insertion loss designed using LC resonator components. On-wafer measured results confirm that the insertion loss in the pass band is 0.25dB and suppression at 4.5GHz is more than 30dBc. Six layers of LTCC substrate is utilized to miniaturize the filter. VSWR of input and output port is less than 1.18. The volume of achieved filter is $6.45 \mathrm{~mm} \times 5.2 \mathrm{~mm} \times 1.09 \mathrm{~mm}$.
