Risk Propagation Analysis of Complex Manufacturing System Based on Virus Propagation Model

In complex manufacturing systems, the risk propagation will cause the performence of system production to decline, or even interrupt. To ensure stable production of complex manufacturing system under risk conditions, attention must be paid to key resource nodes. This paper proposes a new network node identification indicator and applies it to the identification of key equipment in complex manufacturing systems. First, the manufacturing network model is constructed based on actual data from Bosch's production line. Then, in aspect of the limitations of traditional nodes indentification indicators, a node indentification indicator combining entropy theory and node deletion method is proposed, and SI virus propagation model is selected as the risk propagation model based on the characteristics of main risks of complex manufacturing systems. At last, combining the manufacturing network model and risk propagation model, the key resourse nodes are chosen as risk source nodes to conduct simulation experiments based on various identification indicators. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional evaluation index, the node indentification indicators proposed in this paper can indentify the key eauipments in the manufacturing system more accurately.
