Abstract
This paper provides the methods of day-ahead optimal dispatch and intra-day rolling dispatch, regarding the operating decision-making of distributed energy storage system (DESS) in distribution network. In the normal operating stage, a day-ahead optimal dispatch model is constructed considering the electricity trading revenue in the spot market and the charging and discharging leasing services. This model includes the constraint based on lease service locking. Then a linearization method based on auxiliary variables and large number transformations is applied. It solves the nonlinear problems regarding the absolute values, product terms, and logical relationships of the optimization variables in the model. In the operating recovery stage, a multi-objective intra-day rolling dispatch model is constructed to maximize the recovery of leasing services and the electricity trading revenue. Then a solution method based on time variable iteration is proposed to achieves rapid and reliable solution. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified in different scenarios.
