Preparation and properties of anode material LSCM for SOFC
JOURNAL OF ALLOYS AND COMPOUNDS(2024)
摘要
La0.75Sr0.25CoxMn1-xO3-delta (x=0.3 - 0.7)(LSCM) was synthesized by sol-gel method as a potential anode material for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFCs). The results showed that it was helpful to form the LSCM perovskite phase by adjusting the pH value of precursor fluid, and the LSCM has good morphological characteristics according to processing conditions. Single-phase perovskite space group R-3c(167) rhombohedral crystal structure was obtained by calcining LSCM xerogel at 1000 degrees C for 3 hours. The related volume change phase transition is only about 1%. By comparison, it is found that La0.75Sr0.25Co0.5Mn0.5O3-delta (LSCM05) has relatively high conductivity, the maximum ionic conductivity is 5.25 S.cm(-1) at 800 degrees C, the activation energy is 0.83 eV, and the peak power density of the assembled single cell is 0.36 W.cm(-2) , which is expected to be used as electrode material for ITSOFCs. In addition, the density of states and energy band structure of LSCM is simulated and calculated through density functional theory (DFT), and it is successfully verified that its component LSCM05 has relatively high conductivity.
