Design and implementation of host security situation assessment system based on improved multiple linear regression model

The host security situation assessment system designed in this paper is an important research topic in network security, attracting increasing attention. It enables host survival scanning, high-risk port scanning, weak password detection, and utilizes an improved multiple linear regression model to analyze collected host security data. This analysis provides a value for the host security situation and evaluates the overall host security state, facilitating timely monitoring of the network’s host security status. The system effectively detects unsafe factors and vulnerabilities on hosts, making it valuable for enhancing host security protection. After undergoing various tests, the system successfully fulfills its intended functions and achieves comprehensive assessment of the host’s security situation.
