Voltage Sag Mitigation Strategies and Economic-Technical Analysis for Large Enterprise Power Distribution Systems Based on Production Line Demand Hierarchy

Aiming at the problem of excessive governance that may exist in the treatment of enterprise voltage sags, this paper first proposes the concept of industrial production line demand hierarchy based on the concept of process immune time and the nature of the production line itself, and classifies the production line and equipment according to the nature. Secondly, according to the principle of demand hierarchy management of production line, a feasible governance scheme is put forward. Finally, a single outage loss model of the production line is established, and the investment and benefits of this scheme and the traditional treatment scheme are compared and analyzed. The results show that the demand hierarchy governance scheme proposed in this paper has good economic performance and can provide reference for enterprises to choose appropriate governance schemes.
