Digital Transformation in Reading Behavior: A Business Model Canvas Approach for Marketing E-Books Library

Abstract
This digital era has changed people’s behaviour, including people’s behaviour in reading. Seeing changes in people’s behaviour in tasks that prefer everything digital, reading sources need to be marketed in digital form, such as e-books and e-journals. These e-books and e-journals are available at E-Book, Raharja University’s digital library. This study aims to provide a Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a marketing business strategy that can make it easier for the public to find books and journals in universities. This research was also conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The novelty in this research is also the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which incorporates elements as a reference in marketing e-books and e-journals in e-books. The results show that the Value Proposition offered by e-books is to provide convenience, a more affordable price, and a more trusted platform for the public to obtain reading resources. With the Value Proposition of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), this research will provide benefits in the future, make it easier for people to read and can indirectly increase the number of people’s reading interest in Indonesia.
