Aiming at the problems of weak power supply reliability and low load recovery level of urban terminal distribution network system under natural disasters, this paper proposes a unified strategy for fault recovery and islanding of urban terminal distribution network. Firstly, considering the system fault recovery order, the optimal recovery order strategy for multi-time faults is proposed to prioritize the repair of faults on the power supply path of important loads, enhance the power supply guarantee capability of important loads, and improve the reliability of system load recovery. Secondly, the multi-time dynamic change process of islanding area in the fault recovery process is considered, and the islanding division area in the distribution network system is updated in time. Again, the multi-objective function recovery strategy model of this paper is constructed to establish the multi-objective optimization with no shedding of primary loads and minimum total abandoned loads of the distribution network system after a fault occurs, make full use of distributed energy sources, and guarantee the resilience of the distribution network system under extreme conditions. Finally, this paper utilizes the topology and system parameters of the improved IEEE33 node system for simulation verification, and the results show that this method can guarantee the continuous power supply of important loads and enhance the power supply reliability of the urban terminal distribution network system, and significantly enhance the power supply resilience of the distribution network system.
