摘要
Thermally conductive, insulating thermal interface materials (TIMs) for solving heat transport problems are facing greater opportunities and challenges than ever before. In this study, a three-dimensional boron nitride (BN)/graphene oxide (GO) skeleton prepared by the ice template method ensures the directional motion of the heat flow. The GO is modified by atom transfer radical polymerisation, so that the GO is connected to the BN through hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions;increases the reaction position of the curing agent with the epoxy group, accelerates the curing reaction of the composite, and synergistically reduce the filler-filler and filler-matrix interfacial thermal resistance. The thermal conductivity of the prepared 3D/BN/GO-EP composites can reach 1.07 W m−1K−1 at a low filler content of 20 wt%, as well as good electrical insulation (volume resistivity 2.59 × 1013 Ω cm) and excellent compression properties (compressible up to 60% of deformation). Meanwhile, Dual Network Co-Transmission Heat Strategy provides a new idea for the research of advanced polymer-based thermal management materials.
