摘要
The exchange bias after zero-field cooling based on the spin glass state has the potential for widespread technical practicality. However, it is limited by the lower frozen temperature (< 150 K) of traditional spin glass, which hinders its practical application. In this work, the nano-ferromagnetic characteristic was observed above the curie temperature in the Ni2MnSb polycrystalline alloy, induced by local lattice distortion. The glassy magnetic state character has existed in the temperature range of 328 K ∼ 385 K, confirmed by magnetic relaxation with different waiting times and AC susceptibility. An exchange bias effect after zero-field cooling has been observed above the curie temperature due to the exchange coupling between the nano-ferromagnetic clusters and spin glass. This work broadens the scope of research into spin glasses at high temperatures and provides new ideas for designing and obtaining exchange bias effects after zero-field cooling.
