Effect of a 12-Week Resistance Exercise on Bone Metabolism and Fall Efficacy in Elderly Women

摘要
This study investigated the effect of a 12-week resistance exercise program on bone metabolism, and fall efficacy in elderly women aged 75-85 years. Participants were divided into a resistance exercise group (REG, n=15) and a control group(CG, n=15). To test the time interactions between the REG and the CG, to collected data were analyzed using two-way repeated measures ANOVA. A paired t-test was used for the within-group pre-post differences, and an independent t-test was used for the between-group differences. The level of significance was set at .05.
