Abstract
At present, seed-coating agents are generally used to prevent and control plant diseases and insect pests, regulate plant growth, and ensure crop yields. In this study, the effects of five seed-coating agents on the germination rate of beet seeds and their control effect on beet damping-off in the field were evaluated by indoor and field methods to choose the best fungicide to achieve a high germination rate, a high seedling emergence rate, and effective prevention and control effect on damping-off in sugar beet. According to the data, all treatments reduced sugar beet seed germination and emergence to varying degrees. TBY-2 (25
