Three-component reaction between phenanthridine, acetylenic ketones and bis(polyfluoroalkyl) H -phosphonates: synthesis of E - N -acylethenyl-6-bis(polyfluoroalkyl)phosphoryl-5,6-dihydrophenanthridines

A solvent-free three-component reaction between phenanthridine, acetylenic ketones, and bis(polyfluoroalkyl) H -phosphonates proceeded at room temperature for 20–24 h to stereoselectively give the corresponding E - N -acylethenyl-6-bis(polyfluoroalkyl)phosphoryl-5,6-dihydrophenanthridines in up to 82% yield.
