This paper investigates modern-day Adaptive stop-to-give up (AEE) congestion manage techniques for underwater high velocity verbal exchange networks. AEE techniques have the capability to provide a greater efficient and strong transmission for underwater acoustic channels. in this paper we examine the one-of-a-kind AEE congestion manage strategies, their overall performance blessings and limitations. We moreover talk the exchange-offs between a couples of criteria, including strength intake, through-placed and put off. A complete analysis of current strategies is made and a comprehensive summary of the relative performance of the techniques are furnished. finally, destiny studies instructions are mentioned, to bridge the gap between theoretical fashions and real-time structures.
