摘要
All-inorganic lead halide perovskite is considered one of the promising materials for flexible photodetectors due to its stability and excellent optoelectronic properties. However, array integration of flexible perovskite photodetectors remains a major challenge due to the incompatibility of perovskite materials with lithographic fabrication techniques. Here, we developed a flexible high-resolution perovskite-based photodetector array. Patterned all-inorganic CsPbI 3-X Br X was synthesised by PVD-spin-coating combined with a photolithographic process to produce perovskite films with precise pixel positions, controllable morphology, and uniform size. The device exhibits excellent flexibility, high detectivity, and excellent cycling stability. Moreover, the device possesses a resolution close to that of the human eye and light-trajectory addressing capability, which is potentially promising for applications in retinal-like visual sensing.
