Abstract
The energy generated by the physiological activities inside the human body gets wasted. Piezoelectric nanogenerators can be utilized to harvest this energy. The main purpose of the proposed work is the harvesting of energy inside the human body using an array-shaped flexible piezoelectric biomechanical energy harvester (BEH). The designed BEH can be attached as a band on any part of the human body for energy harvesting applications. The effect of different flexible substrate materials on the resonance frequency is also analyzed. The stiffness constant, resonance frequency of the BEH is obtained using eigen-mode analysis and also analytically compared.
