摘要
The MOBILISE initiative facilitates a streamlined and effective collaboration across sectors, disciplines, and borders in the management of disaster risks. It operates at both international and local levels, promoting the exchange of knowledge and coordination in the field of crisis management standardization. The implementation of an electric/hybrid truck platform, coupled with the utilization of solar and wind power, will effectively reduce CO2 emissions in accordance with the objectives outlined in the European Green Deal. The Technology Readiness Level 7 (TRL-7) will be employed to carry out field testing within the laboratory setting. Additionally, it aims to enhance the capabilities of first responders in all stages of emergency response, encompassing various types of disasters, whether caused by natural or human factors. The ultimate goal is to enable first responders to better prepare for their operational activities.
