Abstract
For disposable medical device products, ethylene oxide needs to be used for sterilization, which has high labor intensity and low manufacturing capacity in production operations. Taking the overall design of the connected transport sterilization system as the research object, the process state space model of the manufacturing unit and the AGV product transport unit was developed, and each process was associated according to the requirements of AGV transport, and the state of each process was systematically analyzed. Finally, the current steady-state probability of each module of the system is obtained by iterative solving of the equations, and the queuing optimization operation analysis method is obtained, and the AGV scheme is selected by this method.
