Abstract
A 68-year-old man with chest tightness underwent cardiac blood perfusion imaging on total-body N-13-NH3 PET/CT. Incidentally, mildly increased N-13-NH3 activity was observed in the left side of the body of the tongue. Pathological diagnosis proved to be mucosal squamous cell carcinoma.
