摘要
In Atriplex sibirica L. (Kemerovo region, Russia), the chemical composition was determined for the first time. The contents of protein (32.55 +/- 0.65%) and amino acids (total 27,111 mg/100 g) were established. The effect of aqueous extracts of A. sibirica L. on the physiological and biochemical parameters of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rh was evaluated. Optimal processing parameters for the yeast were determined: the concentration of the extract is 0.1-0.25% by volume of biomass for 50 min. The enzymatic activity was increased by 2.1 times. Eighteen peptides were isolated in yeast hydrolysates. Three fractions of peptides were isolated from activated yeast, 50% of which are characterized by a molecular mass of 752.3113-1042.5141 Da, 25% with a mass of 2925.3891-5469.8822 Da, and 25% with a mass of 11682.4155 Da. The identification of the obtained peptides in the NCBI, SwissProt, and APD3 databases showed that in activated yeast, for 10 tested peptides, no matches were found for 5-6 ones, and in control, for 8 tested peptides, in 2-3 cases, low coverage was observed with the known peptides. Theoretically, the expected biological activity of the isolated peptides was established by using the databases.
