摘要
In this paper, Cu/AgCuTi composite material was used as an interlayer to join 304 stainless steel with ZrO2 ceramic by + 2 mm laser offsetting and laser power of 384 W. By retaining the unmelted Cu interlayer as the diffusion barrier, the stress of the joint interface is reduced and there was no obvious crack in the whole joint. Only on the ceramic side, due to the temperature gradient, a small amount of small cold cracks were generated in the area with a thickness of 30 mu m. The unmelted Cu interlayer can absorb the welding stress at the interface through plastic deformation and creep. The fracture position of the joint started from the AgCuTi-ZrO2 ceramic bond interface and extended to the ZrO2 ceramic surface with a maximum tensile strength of 83 MPa.
