C2 Development of Distributed Ground Station Network system for Nano-Satellites

Recently a number of 1kg class nano-satellites "CubeSat" are being developed and launced by universities all over the world. Based on this, the system and missions of these satellites is growing and the satellite data such as pictures and earth observation. So we must handle these large data and the means to transmitit these data is needed. On the other side, Cubesat which uses amateur radio is jammed by other operator. This paper explains the development of ground station for "Ground Station Network", whick aims at overcoming these problems. And we suggest that how to develop the satellite, which uses "Ground Staiton Network".
