Abstract
Inclusive education has become one of the current challenges on the national and international scene, making teachers an essential element in achieving full inclusion. The aim of this study is to find out the preparation and training needs of early childhood education teachers and to find out if there are differences in terms of age or years of experience. To carry out the study, a total of 221 early childhood teachers answered three dichotomous questions about their perception of their training and the CEFI-R questionnaire. The results of this study suggest that there are significant differences depending on teachers' age and years of experience in two of the dimensions, as well as a better conception of diversity and methodology by teachers who had taken in-service training courses in inclusive education.
