摘要
Aiming at the existing electrochemical corrosion workstation with large size and high power, which cannot be installed on the pipe wall to monitor the defects of corrosion values in real time, this paper designs a corrosion monitoring system based on the dynamic polarization of small and low-power consumption. The system uses STM32 as the development platform, and the communication module uses USB to TTL DTU IoT platform, which can monitor the data changes in real time. The measurement circuit uses a constant potential detection circuit, which applies a constant rate of potential difference between the working and reference electrode circuits to form a fixed frequency dynamic potential sweep. The system can monitor the corrosion system for a long time, with good real-time data, high signal strength, low cost, easy to put, and low power consumption, which effectively ensures the system’s stable operation and saves human and material resources.
