Research on Control Quality Evaluation System of Static Shift for a Hydraulic Mechanical Transmission.

In this paper, the dynamics and control process of static shift of vehicle hydraulic mechanical transmission device are analyzed, and the generation mechanism, influencing factors and characterization parameters of static shift shock are identified. This work proposes a static shift quality evaluation system with three levels. The static shift quality evaluation system includes 8 evaluation indexes and five evaluation essentials. The evaluation system defines the scientific definition and calculation method of the evaluation index, and the calculation method of the evaluation system score. It provides a theoretical support for the evaluation of static shift control results and optimization of control strategy of vehicles.
