With the large-scale integration of renewable energy into the grid and the rapid growth of electricity demand in some regions, the original single site operation mode of the inter regional and inter provincial spot market cannot meet the uninterrupted operation of the spot market for 7 * 24 hours. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out research on the dual site operation architecture technology that adapts to the inter provincial spot market. This article designs a dual active operation architecture with three layers: storage layer, service layer, and access layer, to meet the data transmission and service access needs of the three-level scheduling agencies in the inter provincial spot market, as well as the disaster recovery switching function. At the same time, it studies the cross scheduling agency wide area service gateway technology and proposes a PLBS algorithm based on dynamic load factor correction, which dynamically adjusts the load factor, Greatly optimized the problem of a single agent experiencing excessive short-term load during service routing. Thus, the reliability and stability of the inter provincial spot market operation have been improved, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of spot business.
