The line inspection of ADSS cables has replaced manual inspection with drone inspection, reducing a large amount of frontline workload. However, the thousands of level inspection image information collected by drone inspection every day requires manual analysis and judgment, resulting in low work efficiency and poor timeliness. Traditional monitoring methods only collect some simple parameters and lack a deep understanding and analysis of the complex internal states of optical cables. This processing method has certain errors, which affect the accuracy and stability of monitoring.The ADSS cable defect monitoring and analysis system based on image processing can convert the obtained optical cable parameters into images for processing, thereby achieving automatic monitoring of optical cables and improving the accuracy and efficiency of fault monitoring.Firstly, use various sensors for real-time collection of fiber optic cable related parameters; Then, develop an image conversion module that converts each collected optical cable parameter into a corresponding analyzable image. Build a data fusion module to fuse all the analyzed images, obtain the features of the fused image, and construct a fault diagnosis module. Based on the features of the fused image, determine whether the optical cable is currently malfunctioning, obtain the judgment results, and achieve intelligent judgment of optical cable defects; Finally, build a defect and hidden danger alarm platform, and provide alarm reminders based on the analysis results of the fault diagnosis module, achieving automatic monitoring and alarm of optical cables.
