The Kramers turnover in terms of a macro-state projection on phase space

摘要
We analyze how Langevin dynamics is affected by the friction coefficient
using an invariant subspace projection of the associated Koopman operator. This
provides the friction-dependent metastable macro-states of the dynamical system
as well as the transition rates in the entire phase space. We used the
algorithm ISOKANN for a wide range of friction coefficient values and
reproduced results consistent with the Kramers turnover.
