In geriatric depression, antidepressant treatment response is often slow and incomplete; new biomarkers for antidepressant response could lead to precision medicine and uncover new mechanisms of illness. Therefore, we conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) in older adults treated with venlafaxine.
