Abstract
Taking the axial flow ventilator as the research object, the non-contact measurement technology is adopted to carry out fault diagnosis by detecting the gap transformation between the fan blade blade edge gap and the casing. According to the mining ventilator blade structure, operation characteristics and common blade fault types to build fault diagnosis test bench, combined with blade vibration, leaf tip gap transformation and other parameters for multi-information fusion, to obtain the working state of the blade; through the normal blade and fault vibration tests and comparisons, the use of the Hilbert yellow - transformation and other signal analysis means, extracted the non-contact measurement method of the blade under the normal signal and fault signal characteristics, improve the real-time measurement of blade faults. The characteristics of normal blade signal and fault signal under non-contact measurement method are extracted by using signal analysis means such as Hilbert Huang-transform to improve the real-time diagnosis ability of blade fault. The results show that it is feasible and effective to utilize the non-contact measurement method of blade edge gap detection for fault diagnosis of fan blades.
