Determination of the Mechanical Characteristics of Two-Layer Electric Contacts Obtained by Explosion Welding

摘要
The use of multilayer electrical contacts opens up great opportunities for increasing the mechanical and corrosion resistance of the bearing parts and assemblies. The article presents the results of experimental data on the stretching of a two-layer composition of copper and aluminum. Relationship equations for plasticity with relative elongation and thermal loading modes are obtained. The best conditions for heat treatment of a multilayer structure are determined from the point of view of further shaping by sheet stamping methods. The adequacy of the incomplete square model was tested using the Fisher test. The significance of the regression coefficients was assessed using Student's t-test. The reproducibility of the process was compared with the Cochran test.
