Development of Smart Partnerships in the Field of Renewable and Alternative Energy at the Stage of Post-War Reconstruction in Ukraine

The article examines the processes of interaction between the state and business in the form of partnerships based on a smart approach in the field of renewable and alternative energy, which will be important at the stage of Ukraine's post-war recovery. The experience of functioning of partnerships in the field of infrastructural energy projects in different countries of the world is summarized. The war changed the energy situation not only in Ukraine, but also in the countries of Europe and the world, which requires the development of a comprehensive policy for the development of the energy security of the European continent. The purpose of the article is to develop energy development scenarios with an emphasis on renewable and alternative energy, taking into account the consequences of the war and the long-term need for energy resources in Europe and Ukraine. Application of the smart approach to offer effective partnerships in the field of energy based on the development of scientific and technical cooperation.
