Abstract
Digital papillary adenocarcinoma (DPAC) is a rare, aggressive cancer with significant metastatic potential which arises from digital sweat glands. We present a case of a DPAC managed with surgical excision and reconstruction with a reversed homodigital island flap. Level of evidence: V (c) 2024 The Authors.
