摘要

We compared the positive surgical margin (PSM) rate between robot-assisted simple enucleation (RASE) and standard robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (sRAPN) for clinical T1 renal tumors with a RENAL score <10. We found that RASE was noninferior to sRAPN in terms of the PSM rate. To our knowledge, this study represents the first high-level evidence comparing the PSM rate between RASE and sRAPN.
