摘要
The MAB phases have garnered significant attention as a new generation high-temperature structural materials due to their outstanding high-temperature mechanical properties, resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures, low-temperature synthesis, and machining capabilities. The chemically anisotropic bonding within MAB phases leads to unique anisotropic elastic properties, oxidation behavior, and electrical characteristics, posing challenges in understanding the structure-property relationships.
