Abstract
Here we describe a cost-effective and simplified cell sorting method using tetrazine bioorthogonal chemistry. We successfully isolated SKOV3 cells from complex mixtures, demonstrating efficacy in separating mouse lymphocytes expressing interferon and HeLa cells expressing virally transduced green fluorescent protein post-infection. Introducing a unique cell sorting method utilizing bioorthogonal tetrazine chemistry. This gentle technique preserves cell viability, offering a swift solution for selecting specific cell types in diverse biological and biomedical applications.
