Awareness and Use of ChatGPT and Large Language Models: A Prospective Cross-sectional Global Survey in Urology

A significant number of urologists use ChatGPT/large language models (LLMs) in their practice. There are concerns regarding ethical implications of ChatGPT/LLM use, particularly for scientific and academic writing, and a need for broader patient acceptance and trust for effective implementation in clinical practice. Comprehensive regulations and guidelines on ChatGPT/LLM use in medicine are needed.
