Densely substituted pyridines are synthesized from available 1,2-oxazin-6-ones and enamines through tandem hetero-Diels-Alder and retro-Diels-Alder reaction in 45-98 % yield. A new simple method for synthesis of densely substituted pyridines from available 1,2-oxazin-6-ones and enamines through tandem hetero-Diels-Alder and retro-Diels-Alder reaction are presented.image
