摘要

•Deep-red emissive material TPANZPPICN with AIEE property is synthesized.•The “hot-exciton” mechanism is clearly revealed with MEL experiment.•Doped OLED of TPANZPPICN shows high EQE of 8.0 % at 660 nm.
