90Y-/166Ho- ‘Radiation lobectomy’ for liver tumors induces abnormal morphology and impaired drainage of peritumor lymphatics
JHEP Reports(2024)
Abstract
•Peritumoral liver lymphatics are tortuous, thickened and discontinuous after radioembolization.•Irradiated liver lymphatics are ectactic, indicating lymph stasis within the liver.•In vivo lymphangiography reveals reduced lymph drainage from radioembolized liver lymphatics into perihilar lymph nodes and vessels.
