摘要
Flexible electroluminescent device has promising applications due to its high flexibility and simple structure design, and one key point is to develop electroluminescent devices with high brightness. Herein, a flexible electroluminescent device based on ZnS:Cu/polyurethane composite and silver nanowires was facilely prepared via a simple spin-coating method layer by layer. Four dielectric polymer matrixes are compared based on the luminescent properties, and BaTiO3 is chosen to be the filler to further improve the polymer dielectric constant. The relationships between applied voltage, voltage frequency, and electroluminescent performance of the devices are explored in detail. The resultant flexible electroluminescent device shows a high brightness of 50.6 cd·m−2 under 300 V (100 Hz) and 38.5 cd·m−2 under 200 V (300 Hz).
