Abstract
The sowing effect of the seeder directly affects the quality of the seedlings. To analyze the influence of parameters such as suction needle length on the distribution of airflow field in an air suction needle tray precision seeder, single factor experiment was carried out through ANSYS/Fluent finite element simulation. The airflow field simulation experiment was carried out for the suction needle lengths of 10 mm, 30 mm, and 50 mm. The results showed that the length of the suction needle would affect the airflow field velocity and pressure distribution of the air chamber and the suction needle, which could provide an important reference for determining the size of the suction needle and optimizing the structure of the seeder.
