Abstract
Production scheduling optimization is an effective way to effectively improve the allocation of various resources and the efficiency of workshop operation. Its cost is low, so it is highly respected by managers. In this study, the safety emergency enterprise was taken as the research object to refine the scientific problems in the production scheduling of the enterprise. Secondly, based on the scheduling problem, the NSGAIII algorithm was designed to replace manual scheduling to improve the scientific nature of the scheduling scheme. Thirdly, the feasibility of the model and algorithm was verified by the actual example of DY company. Finally, compared with the original scheme, the difference between each index before and after the optimization of production scheduling was compared from three optimization directions. The algorithm effectively increased the company’s profit and improved the order delivery rate, which has certain practical value.
