摘要
The Fe-Cr-B alloy coatings, fabricated through both high deposition rate and conventional laser-directed energy deposition processes (H-LDED and LDED), have found application in hydraulic supports for coal mining machinery. However, a comprehensive assessment of their tribo-corrosion performance under friction and corrosion synergies is lacking. In this study, friction tests were conducted in corrosive environments to evaluate tribo-corrosion properties. While both coatings comprise M2B-type borides and matrix phases, the H-LDED coating outperforms the LDED coating due to reduced micro-segregation between M2B-type borides and the matrix, enhancing corrosion resistance. The maintained matrix supporting the M2B network structures further contributes to improved tribo-corrosion resistance.
