Abstract
目的:探究血液净化中心护理管理中五常法的应用有效性.方法:选择医院血液净化中心在2022年6月—2023年6月期间接诊的80例血液透析患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用传统管理,观察组采用五常法管理,将两组血液透析患者的干预效果对比.结果:观察组不良事件发生率(感染、出血和脱针)低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组护士的工作满意度(工作沟通、工作稳定性、表现机会、特长发挥、总分)高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:血液净化中心护理管理中五常法的效
