Abstract
急性单侧前庭病(acute unilateral vestibulopathy,AUVP),也称前庭神经炎(vestibular neuritis,VN),是一种急性外周前庭综合征.2022年6月巴拉尼协会首次发布《急性单侧前庭病/前庭神经炎诊断标准》,包含4个亚型的诊断标准,即急性单侧前庭病、演变中的急性单侧前庭病、可能的急性单侧前庭病和既往急性单侧前庭病.该诊断标准对临床有重要指导意义,本文对这一诊断标准进行解读.
