摘要
•Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) is increasing in incidence in our cohort, which is compatible with other published literature.•However, unlike most published studies, our patients were managed in the last fifteen years, when there were significant advances in breast cancer management, particularly in systemic medications and chemotherapy.•Our patients tend to have more aggressive tumor features, but overall survival remains similar. Hence this serves as updated evidence demonstrating that the survival in PABC patients might not be as poor as the older evidence showed.•A multidisciplinary approach in tertiary referral centers would benefit PABC patients since multiple considerations, including the current pregnancy, surgery, systemic treatment, future fertility, and long-term side effects, must be thoroughly considered.
