Preparation of PVDF/PVP blend polymer nanofiber films and application on screen-printed flexible electrodes

•We established the solid–liquid two-phase model of polymer and carbon paste and the solid–solid two-phase model of polymer and graphite.•The binding energy of different polymer mixtures with carbon paste and graphite was calculated.•The optimal polymer ratio 5PVDF + 5PVP was selected for the preparation of nanofiber film. Electrospinning technology was used to prepare a breathable ultra-thin polymer film.•Flexible screen printing electrode were prepared using nanofiber polymer film as substrate.
