Abstract
This study investigated the impact of social networks on students' teaching experiences in the Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Teaching Program at Al-Ain University, UAE. Using a descriptive approach, 182 male and female student-teachers were surveyed during the 2022/2023 first semester. The research employed a questionnaire and SPSS software for data analysis. The findings revealed that student-teachers consider social networks vital for enhancing the teaching program, heavily relying on social media platforms in their teaching processes. Notably, there were no significant differences in perceptions based on experience and qualification, likely due to a uniform pre-service training program. The study recommends integrating social networking sites into education and educating student-teachers about their benefits in teaching and education.
