摘要
•The 20 CsLHCB gene family members were comprehensively identified in the genomes of SCZ and LJ43.•The difference of amino acid of CsLHCB5 was a standard for identifying green and albino tea cultivars.•CsLHCB1.1, CsLHCB1.2, and CsLHCB2 may be the vital genes regulating the response to low-temperature stress.•CsLHCB2 protein served as an indicator of temperature sensitivity differences in albino tea cultivars.•The less accumulation of CsLHCB1 and CsLHCB5 proteins had a potential influence on albino leaves.
